The Brain Wash Book, the Science Yo Mentioned Social Dilemma

i have cut out news completely because i realize that nothing good ever came of it. The thing that kind of got me going in this direction was the brain wash book they did, the science yo mentione social dilemma. You watch that and you want to just like, burn it all to the ground. I don't have a problem with getting stuck on socialme. But for whatever reason, that is a vice that i just never picked up. And i'm not sure, maybe it's my age. Social mediam wasn't a thing when i was growing up,. so i never developed social media habits.I actually have to set a task to go in and check twitter, cause i
