How to Lower Stress in a Healthy Way

Breathing is like the third like approach, which I think is very important when it comes to learning how to use the cold and the heat in a healthy way. The breathing, the functional breathing, we can also call it that is the key to your nervous system. So if you have high stress level, your mouth breather, if you breathe through the mouth, for example, that's activating your sympathetic nervous system - so lowering your breath in the cold water will help you with that. And yeah, because of activation of the brown fat, you also have an increased insulin sensitivity, also because ofactivation of your muscles. That's going to add up in the end. It shows
