What Would an Organizational Icologist Be?
Any organization that wants to take systems an complexity seriously would need to shift to a more echology based understanding and kind of metaphorical basis. And so yet, i think tt ou n another way to frame that is, well, what would an organizational icologist be? How would an organizational ichologist replace that traditional organizational development function? It feels to me like a shift from something that sounds pretty dull and pretty mechanistic to something that's actually alive and that needs to be nurtured and stearded.
