As an ST3, you won 65,000 Australian and work in 38-hour weeks. So sorry, what level is that like? What in the UK? Would that be like ST3 or...? Yes, well, I'd left as I was about to head and would have been heading into ST3. The private system is obviously variable, depending on how busy you are, but a busy unit. You could be earning 80 grand a week. And they'd be taking home as a full-time consultant somewhere in the region of 350 to 400,000 a year from the public system.
