The evidence that cutting corporation tax encourages companies to go off invest simply isn't there. High corporate profits and corporate tax cuts have just encouraged big corporations basically to hoard cash. The smart thing to do is take some of that money tha e corporations have and spend it on productive investment. You give more money to corporations, they don't spend. Got to give it to people.
