When you eat of food, we're already aware of its hedonistic value. Make yourself aware of its other values. How do you feel before, during and after? How's your digestion? How'sYour energy? How's Your mood? What does this do for you? And pay attention to those things. At first you have to be conscious of these benefits. But event ly those benefits start to solidify, become unconscious. And then you'll find yourself craving some of these foods. Like i crave vegetables now, not because vegetables are delicious, but because they help my digestion. When i go home, what do i want the most? A big bowl of vegetables. Egh
