I've Never Missed England Really Ever Before

I really missed just how easy everything was in England. I could go into a shop, I can get some food and there's no problems. So I appreciate that about my country a lot more than I used to. The last thing I would like to do more is to be more in the moment. Not worry about the past, not worry about the future. And nothing has really gone wrong with this, but I feel like I could have done better at practicing mindfulness and being in the present. To tweak is what it's all about - making small changes every day will improve your life.
