Is There a Zone of Rectangular Compression?
Zones are an area of rectangular compression where there's a narrow range of trading. In order to get from 4,100 to the next weekly zone that I have here at 4,300, we need to get above some lower timeframe zones. The idea here between zones is that when one zone breaks, price action is going to move towards the next zone. So with that idea, we can apply it as an understanding of where our stops should be,.
