"I was so completely blind to it that I was not interested in these theories of power and then as a as a leader people kept telling me it was a little bit messed up about this issue," says Dave Snow. "So even finding those things that we're not drawn to can be helpful in helping us understand what we might be blind to actually", he adds. "[Snow's] Canavan model is one of his favorite past times but yeah I wonder if that's almost like a met competency."
