In an ideal world, I'm probably eating olive oil and avocado oil as my oils. But if I slip up and it's 10 to 20% of the oil consumption I'm having is omega-6 rich oils, probably not a long-term health concern. Don't worry so much about a little bit of vegetable oil if you're eating plenty of plant foods.
