Number 17 is a duo named mama and the album is household names. Number 15 is Blackstar they came back and made a record called No Fear of Time. They didn't release it on any streaming services or as a CD to get it to even hear it you had to sign up for a podcast app. It's one of the most enduringly poetic of hip-hop albums from that era.
