There's still a huge gap in funding, I'm afraid. We have to make nasty decisions on a regular basis and turn people down. And that means that twice that number of people will be unprotected when they sleep at night because nobody else has got any more money. So we hope that our gentle ish approach to communicating with people, but the very focused way we report back and what we report back on will continue to deliver sort of high levels of confidence in what we do.
