The Importance of Asking for Feedback
My big conclusion for this conversation is that you can't design in the absence of feedback. I think best designers I worked with were always open and very good with speedback. So go ask for feedback. It's a gift. Set boundaries as much as possible. Try to guide a conversation, but be open. Okay, asking for feedback and getting feedback sometimes might be hurtful. Sometimes it might feel vulnerable, but you have to do it. That's my conclusion. We'd love to hear yours!
