The goal especially like to go back to the founder point of like being just crazy enough is being having just enough hubris to think through decisions but not so much that you overthink. I put a lot of this on a spectrum I call it the overthinking underthinking where fear and insecurity and those things result in overthinking to the point where you make a bad decision. And when you make things when they're chaotic when you make people afraid, then there's chaos.
