teleology has had some, something of a comeback as an explanatory aspect of reality. It became sort of dogmatically the case that there wasn't a purpose in modern rationalistic scientific contexts for understanding reality. So yeah, I think that being able to articulate meaning, direction, purpose in naturalistic ways that eschews simple kind of two worlds mythology thinking and yet is grounded in scientific, rational, empirical evidence That's exciting to me.
