In the post-Soviet collapse, there's a way in which you could read both how you're going to develop African other texts as out of step. I'm really curious as to how we kind of wrangled that in the present. There is this attachment to what maybe we would now understand as a kind of bourgeois economist version of what development is. It's unclear how do we understand development now?
