I think I have always been the type of person who was very goal oriented and very motivated by goals In school what that looked like and the form that that took was well I want to have a 4.0. I want to graduate valetorian which I didn't but you know I wanted to I was shooting for it. But once I got into the workforce I kind of realized there isn't a next semester or a next syllabus or there's no game plan or rubric here that I can follow to check the boxes get the A and move on.
