Livestock, rumen and animals are best designed to digest and break down nutrients. Cows especially are like the coolest animal. They're not very smart. So what they do just naturally by living is super, super cool. And then maintaining crop diversity. Diversity of crops brings diversity of nutrients. It allows the soil to maintain healthy levels of nitrogen, carbon, and more. We need carbon in the soil itself in order to have healthy soil that can yield healthy plant matter.
