People who get enough sleep are actually less likely to show the sort of cycle of negativity. So we also know that there are behaviors that people can do in their daily lives that can interrupt this negative cycle and increase happiness. And so ye, going for a walk, standing up, distracting yourself can be useful. A spending time in nature is especially good. But even other kinds of behaviours can really help us.
