Keeping some sort of a structure with one or two quality decisions and if you're really like something plus something a little bit longer, it will make it way, way easier whenever you are ready to resume run. And also I feel like it's important to mention, don't compare yourself too much with other people, you know, Strava is great but don't look at it too much. Because everyone is different, what works for an athlete might not work for another athlete,. This is related to running but also cross training. Yeah, and sometimes I feellike it's just a good reminder in general.
