I became kind of obsessed with psychology after I left. But the idea was complementary behavior and non complementary behavior, right. So where the idea is, you know, we're wired to respond in kind. And when people act outside of that, like it is, it's one, it's difficult to do, right. Non complementary, non complementary behavior is difficult because if somebody's coming at you with hostility and anger, your tendency is going to be defensively defensive. It can be very difficult to take a deep breath, calm down, step back, respond intentionally.
