The room where James Lockhart burned himself to death is known as cell number 13. Some have heard voices when no one else is around, perhaps the cries of desperate men echoing up from the past. A former inmate who worked in the building later as a tour guide claimed that he even challenged the ghost once by threatening to remove the chair and burn it. And finally, there's the hole - many investigators have passed through this area and always seem to report mysterious voices that show up on audio recordings.
