i can't imagine what it must be to be in this type of hypergrowth mode, hiding, rearranging the or to try to keep up with all the demand and diperent clients that dat you get. I think one of the things that have to be a conscious of a when you're leading an organization is understanding all the ways in which em you can make the team more effective. And so i think it's just picking the right thing....
