The Importance of Jurors in Tallahassee
The judge in Tallahassee and Gillum did not let us look up social media profiles while we were picking the jury. In a federal case, the attorneys generally don't get to ask any questions. And you find out very little about the jurors. The one juror that held out against Andrew Gillum in our case, we looked up her social media after the trial when we found out she was the holdout. On her Facebook page, it said Trump is still my president. It's not the ideal juror for Andrew Gillum. We would have bounced her. But she was the one holdout against us.
