There's a dose response relationship. The more you do, the greater the benefits become. It suggests that something is going on here that we don't know of in our psychology but should. For example, if you take one of the yogis and you look at their brain waves, you see something really interesting. They describe it as a spaciousness, a presence, a readiness for whatever comes.
