How Does Liquidity Add to the Lightning Speck?
The idea with liquidity adds at it's a lightning speck proposal. It allows for anyone who runs a node to advertise that they have, um, a bit coin on their node. So basically this gives you away to source from any note on the network. Currently t only notes that are running sea lightning and tey have the stuff set up exactly correctly. But hopefully in future, any note and an enlightening network that wants to be able to advertise liquidity will be able to.
