The Role of Calories in Fatigue

Many cases of fatigue do have a root in something physiological that can be mitigated through proper nutrition, movement, supplementation and other lifestyle aspects. Not eating enough and not getting enough macronutrients is certainly a key here. There's also good evidence for things like cognitive behavioral therapy and other forms of therapy for improving fatigue when all other things are equal.
