The Axillary Nerve Block

The axillary nerve block is a similar position to the infriclavicular nerve block supine the patient's head is away from you. Position is going to be really key for this one. If you can't abduct the arm for any reason, you probably won't be able to do this block. You really do need access to the axillary region. And within the Corocobraicialis muscle, you'll find the musculocutaneous and you'll find that this relationship is really important to test questions.
