The Most Miserable Things About a Mission
Exhaustion and waking up at 6.30 every morning, which I thought was directly tied to my success were the most miserable things about a mission. Eating disorders are among the most severe mental illnesses and the hardest to treat and the most lethal. One reason is this kind of punching bag thing where he was just feeling a lot of emotions and it was a way to like get out emotions.
