On the second deal, we really got some exposure to some pain points and problems. It sounded like the negative consequences were the deal took twice as long cost twice as much to do the integration. The output of that was that when you get into a deal done, okay, let's start, let's execute the integration plan very early. This is based on an understanding that's not accurate as to how the technology actually works.
