What Does Customer Success Mean to You?
I like to think of customer success as kind of like the taffy effect with your customers, right? So what that really means is throughout every step of the customer journey, you want to create that stickiness and that consistency for your customers. And so here at Arrow Call, what that means is in the day to day, the customer success team is responsible for one, making sure they get the adoption. They're using the product. They're getting the full bang for their buck.
