Focus Your Day on What's Important

The first step was creating your list, creating those mission statements. The second step was creating a system that would you to look over those purpose statements every day and do other things,. That will help you focus your day on what is important. So now step three is the follow through. This is the hardest part. There is always going to be something feels more important than taking care of yourself. And my teaching doesn't always start at five 30 so some days it's easier than others. But every day it's important to have that time to just centre yourself. Like i really do think that is important for every single day.
