Symptoms of Running Injuries

The injury took a turn, i guess, for the worse after a particular training session. The only things that gave me any relief were wearing the othotic shoe and icing it. Looking back on it, i can see that now you've thrown a lot of things at it. But honestly, i just wore it justo try to keep it from being worse.
