In this year's much-anticipated Belonging Service at The Village Church, we explore the essence and significance of community and faith. We believe that everyone has a place here, and there are two primary ways to affirm your sense of belonging. First, the art project—an inclusive initiative that invites all who consider The Village their community to contribute, irrespective of religious belief. It's an opportunity to express your unique perspective and add to the collective tapestry of our community.
On the other hand, signing the covenant represents a deeper commitment. This act signifies your agreement with the church's doctrine, values, and statement of belief. Moreover, it marks your intent to walk alongside this community in the journey of faith for the upcoming year, guided by the way of Jesus. Whether you engage through art or affirm your faith through the covenant, your sense of belonging is celebrated and cherished here.
