Logic Gates - It's Always Zero, Unless Both of the Inputs Are One.
There are only ever four possibilities for a logic that takes two inputs and gives one output. The result is zero in all cases unless both of the input wires are one, in which case the output is also one. An x or gate stands for exclusive ore - it's actually generally what we think about when we think of 'or' A not gate works just like an and gate but with at least one of its imputs being one.
