Did Panini Really Invent a Grammar for Sanscrit?

It takes real work to sot of back project from the way we're thinking about things to day, to see what was really invented back then. There are cultural traditions when people have cared about intellectual kinds of things. And i think that it's a big, kind of important question for for governments and sort of economic development. Why has us been such a dominant country in technology relative to other countries? It's much less obvious why that should be considred in one place rather than another.
