How to Avoid Inheritance Tax
Ed Cantelow is a GP but also a chartered accountant and charted tax advisor. He explains how you can avoid inheritance tax by giving your holiday home to your children if they use it more than you do. The drawback was that you had to reserve a benefit from the inheritance tax on the holiday home, which wouldn't have worked in everybody's circumstances.
