How Do You Prevent Injuries?

I like to call it a practice just so that if somebody else might want to emulate or try, you know, a similar application into their workouts. More important to me than being strong is being bilaterally balanced ambidextrous. I'd rather be 50, 60% strong but equally on both sides of my body and also front to back. And then really strong on one side and kind of not that strong on the other.
