The Role of the State in Media Reliability Laws
Latin America is a really interesting region. We don't have any media reliability laws to begin with in many countries. The only country that did was Brazil and they've been trying to take it down for a while. And interestingly, although we didn't get the loss in the framework for intermediary liability has been built from the courts. So one case at a time in a lot of cases without stare at this ice is because we don't have that in many countries in in the region. But we do have really strong precedence of how freedom of expression loss should apply online.
