The Different Types of Corporate Venture Capital
Corporate venture capital is separate from other types of more fully owned partnerships, JVs or Hominay. It's single digits or low double digit percentages of CVC investments into full-on partnerships or M&A deals with the corporate investor. The venture studio or accelerator incubator might have some of their constituent startup ventures partner with external companies as part of their own ecosystem they're creating.
