Building scrum without a strong set of of automatic testing or test tratin developmentn any kind of continuous testing practice. If you are not doing that kind of constant retrospective kind of adaptation, then you're going to drive yourself completely off the cliff if you're doing scrum and trying to constantly turn out new things every two, three weeks,.
