Auction Clearance Rates Are Increasing - Is That a Good Sign?

We have seen auction clearan trats for the last three or four weeks, potentially fining a bottom in victoria or melbourne more precisely. And we've certainly seen that an auction volumes have also picked up as i guess the spring selling season has unfolded. Clearance rates are clearly a lot lower than spring last year, and certainly earlier than levels recorded earlier this year too. But i would certainly agree with you in terms that we seem to have kind of stabilized, or at least weth seen that auction clearance rates are kind of holding consistently above that 50%.
