Sally Kohn: What stands out to me so much about your work is how it is founded from the ground up in a deep and abiding understanding of how identity is inextricably bound with the larger systems. Which means that sysemic oppression, racism, sexism, agism, homophobia, et cetera, is a mental health matter. We look at our areas of insecurity or intimidation. That's why some people have critiqued the term impostor, sindrone, because sindrom implies that something is wrong with your thinking. But that is the heart of what you do, is looking at self in the systems, absolutely.
