How to Start a Church With a Thousand+ Members

I found guys in the first time of teaching, as a junior teacher, weren't very good. But after several chances, they, and some feedback, they improved pretty quickly. I think 20 or 30% of the time, you just helped identify a brother has gifts in other areas. So for the guy starting, what are the top three or four classes they should start with? What's most important on this, this chair? Okay. Membership matters. Certainly. Good Old Testament, New Testament, Church History, System, and Theology. Those four. Oh, yeah. No doubt in my mind.
