How Much Time Do You Have to Be Involved in the Operations of a Property?
The property is outside of Dallas. It's 68 doors, grossing under 10 grand a month. You're in New York City. Are you operating that location remotely? What kind of boots on the ground do you have to have to operate a facility of that size remote? Yeah, right now we just have someone that goes by and commits eight hours a week to us and we pay them 15 an hour. So they basically go by and they're able to go and check on the units, do any of the tenant turnovers.
