My Grandpa's Annexe to the Basement of the House
The annex was not part of the original construction. My father said he'd discovered it by accident after grandpa mike died, and he felt it made sense to block it off. It was determined those traces of blood were actually from two different people, neither ever identified, both long gone. The house by the pond, the brown shed, the basement annex were all torn down a year later.
