The Four Day Workweek in the Cosmetics Industry?
In Korea, work hours are the second longest in the world by country. The companies that have been doing it are trying to recruit talent and can't pay big salaries at giant firms like Samsung or LG. In Japan, likewise, several software or e-commerce companies are doing it. And I think for, you know, you also see this in the cosmetics industry which is all about health and wellness.
