How Do You Find Black Women?

There are several barriers that are incredibly easy to break down. Barrier number one is exactly what you've just said, oh, we really wanted women, we just couldn't find any. So lead with black women. Say to your recruiters, i want to see candidates, especially women of colour, with the potential do the job who may have done yet to have the potential to. Hire promote and fund men on proof and hir promote and fund women on potential. You'd see a very different picture instantly. And as i said, black women, especially, get the sharp end of the stick on all of that.
