Strategic Planning - What's the Difference?

i'm curious about when you look across accounting firms there's a lot of accounting firms that have the exact same website. How individualized do these things need to be and could you just buy sort of buy one off the shelf and and fill in your details? We'll go into more detail on what goes into a strategic plan in a second but before we do that i'm going to use a terrible example  but if you look across Accounting Firm websites they all look very very similar.
