Every net new person has some type of impact on what you am. And those things are cultural. If you've got a high churn, it's greathy yo're geting new people in. But i would rather pair high retention with am a fast to fire when it's not working out than ama, low retention. I mean, if you look at the average life spanof, like, a lot of start ups, it's shorter.
